SBTEXMEDIA is an independent freelance practice operated by Bayazid Kajol from Bangladesh, serving clients internationally. The services offered are design and document production services: PDF editing, fillable PDF forms, online form design, Microsoft Word formatting, Excel templates, graphic design, logo design and related work.

Expertise is claimed in the preparation, structure, formatting and visual design of documents and digital assets. It is not claimed in the substance of what those documents say. Formatting a contract does not make me qualified to advise on its terms. Building a spreadsheet that calculates a figure does not mean I have verified the methodology behind that calculation. Designing a compliance form does not mean I have assessed whether it satisfies your regulator.

Certain matters must be handled by a qualified, and often licensed, professional in your jurisdiction. Where a project touches one of these areas, you remain responsible for obtaining that advice independently. This includes but is not limited to:

Any indicative pricing shown on this website is provided as general guidance and is subject to change without notice. The only binding figure is the fixed written quotation issued for your specific project after the requirements have been reviewed.

Work produced for a client is a separate matter from this website's content. On completion and full payment, ownership of the finished deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you, together with the editable source files, as described in the written scope for your project.

Two things do not transfer, because they cannot. Licensed typefaces remain the property of their foundries and are used under licence rather than owned — which is why licensing is stated in writing on delivery. Licensed stock imagery likewise remains subject to the licence purchased, which is obtained in your name wherever possible so the usage rights sit with you.

You retain ownership of the content, logos, photographs, text and data you provide for a project. By supplying material you confirm that you own it or hold the necessary rights to use it and to have it worked on. Requests to reproduce, trace or adapt artwork belonging to a third party will be declined unless you can confirm you hold the rights.

Client work is not published as a portfolio example without written permission. Confidential material — contracts, medical forms, financial records, unpublished manuscripts and unreleased course content — is handled privately as standard, and non-disclosure agreements are signed on request before files are sent.

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact me using the details below with sufficient information to identify the material and your claim. Genuine complaints are investigated and, where well founded, acted on promptly.
