03 Project Requirements
To begin a project, you agree to provide clear instructions, reference materials, and all necessary files. Accurate and complete requirements help us deliver the best possible result. Delays or missing information from the client may affect the delivery timeline.
04 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project details and source files
- Ensuring they have the legal right to use any materials shared with us
- Responding to questions and revision requests in a timely manner
- Reviewing delivered work and confirming approval
05 Pricing
Prices vary by project depending on scope, complexity, and requirements. A quote is provided before work begins, and the agreed price will not change unless the project scope changes. Any additional work beyond the original agreement may be quoted separately.
06 Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon before a project starts. Depending on the project size, we may request full payment upfront or a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due on completion. Work is delivered once payment obligations are met as agreed.
07 Revisions
The number of revisions included depends on the agreed package or project scope. Reasonable revisions to refine the delivered work are welcome. Requests that fall outside the original scope, or major changes to approved work, may incur an additional fee.
08 Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the project's complexity and is estimated before work begins. We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by incomplete information, slow client responses, or scope changes are not the responsibility of SBTEXMEDIA.
09 Copyright
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, or materials they provide do not infringe on the copyright or intellectual property rights of others. SBTEXMEDIA is not liable for any copyright claims arising from client-supplied materials.
10 Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their original files. Upon full payment, the final delivered work becomes the property of the client for their intended use. Until payment is complete, all deliverables remain the property of SBTEXMEDIA.
11 Confidentiality
We treat all client files and project details as confidential. Your information and materials will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required to complete the project or by law.
12 Refund Policy
Refunds are considered only before work has begun, or by mutual agreement between both parties. Once work has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the amount of work completed. We are committed to fair and reasonable resolutions.
13 Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, payment may be due for the work already completed. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable depending on the progress made.
14 Project Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delay happens on our side, we will communicate promptly and work to resolve it. Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

16 File Storage
We may retain project files for a limited period after delivery to assist with minor follow-up requests. However, we do not guarantee long-term storage. Clients are responsible for keeping their own backups of final delivered files.
17 Portfolio Rights
SBTEXMEDIA may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) exists or the client requests otherwise in writing. We respect client confidentiality when requested.
18 Limitation of Liability
SBTEXMEDIA provides services with professional care but is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
19 External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those external sites. Accessing them is at your own discretion.
20 Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, the country in which SBTEXMEDIA operates. Any disputes arising from our services will be handled in accordance with applicable local laws.
